What do we Serve?
While our focus is to produce a truly grape to glass wine experience with tastings at the center of what we do, we also offer a wide range of other drinks for those whose preferences lie elsewhere. Those include canned cocktails, hard cider, hard seltzer, craft beer, and non-alcoholic cocktails and beer.
Is there Food Available?
We have simple, pre-packaged bar snacks for purchase such as Wisconsin cheese curds, cheese and cured meat platters, crackers, mixed nuts, and chocolate cherries. Guests are also welcome to bring picnics.
Are Children Welcome?
Yes! We are a family-friendly winery and venue, however, anyone under 12 must be supervised at all times. Our farm includes hazards typical of any working farm, including open bodies of water, electrified fence, uneven terrain, and large equipment. Let’s keep the kiddos safe when you visit by keeping eyes on them.
Are Pets Welcome?
While we adore our furry friends, (we have some ourselves!) we do not allow pets on premises, this includes leashed pets. Our farm has free-range “working animals,” including chickens that manage vineyard pests, and barn cats. Exceptions are made for properly licensed and clearly identified, leashed service animals.
Do You Give Tours?
Yes, we operate an event venue seasonally, May-October, and give tours based on event rental inquiries. We also provide winery/farm tours for folks interested in wine production and our sustainable land use practices.
Visitors Welcome During Open Hours or by Appointment
While we love visitors, this is also our family home and we ask that all interested parties visit during posted open hours or make an appointment for a tour so we can be available to properly show you around. Find our current hours here.
Firearms Prohibited
No firearms are permitted on the Woelfel Homestead Farm Venue property at any time.
Accessibility
Accessibility is important to us. We are continually making modifications to the historic barn and grounds so that it can accommodate everyone for a comfortable and enjoyable event. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking is allowed in our barn or any other indoor structure on the property. Smoking is allowed in our outdoor designated areas only. Smoking related waste must be disposed of in designated containers.
