Wolf and Fox Wines

FROM GRAPE TO GLASS

Exceptional Regional Wines

Our Journey from grape to glass started in the spring of 2022, when we, with help from family and friends, planted our vineyard featuring the following cold-hardy hybrid varietals: La Crescent, St. Pepin, Itasca, Clarion, L'Acadie Blanc, Petite Pearl, Frontenac, and Marquette.

The vines require 4-5 years to mature before we can harvest fruit for winemaking, so while we wait (not so patiently) for our chance to make estate wine, we have partnered with local growers and our friends on the West Coast for our hand crafted wines. We are currently pouring Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Petite Pearl, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot for our dry wine offerings. We also have guest wines from other producers to round out our semi and sweet wine offerings. Those varietals include: Gewürztraminer, Reisling, and Moscato.
